Rina K. Electro Pop Ink Pads are vibrant neon inks. They come in a convenient 2" x 2" Mega Cube square case that's easy to hold but large enough to use with background stamps.

The inks have optical dye to make the colour bright and have a light scent. The neon inks will stain your stamps a little more than the normal dye ink but will not transfer to the paper.
