We're rebranding!

Dear fellow Crafters! We got an exciting announcement to share. We’re unveiling a new name—one that speaks more of who we are and who our customers are. While we loved Craftie Cafe, the name that we started in 2010, we felt that it didn’t fully capture who we are and what we have to offer. We were never a cafe to begin with and though “cafe” gives that vibe of being a hub where people gather for a common interest (like the same passion for craft), the term can be confusing. Hence, we felt the need for the new branding.

Out with the old, in with the new. We’re saying goodbye to Craftie Cafe and introducing Crafties Co. This new name is truer to who we are and clearly reflects who our customers are, crafters of all kinds—scrapbookers, journalers, cardmakers, mixed media artists, etc. Whatever you’re into, we all share the same love of craft.  You are all welcome here at www.crafties.com.au. 

You might ask if there’s going to be any other changes aside from the name and website domain name. The answer is NO. You don’t have to worry about other changes. We assure you the rest will remain the same. Our customers will continue to access their accounts using the same log-in credentials and continue to access their reward balances and order histories. 

Crafties.com.au is under the same management, and we will continue to provide the same great (or even better!) customer service. It’s always our goal to make the customer experience as smooth and as easy as possible. This 2021, we are hoping to add more products to our store and expand our product ranges to cater to your crafting needs.
